Exciting opportunity to join the Technical Engineering department at Worcester Bosch. As a Maintenance Engineering Graduate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems. You will assist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, conduct inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support delivery of improvements within the TEF (Technical Engineering Functions) department.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to arrange scheduled maintenance and/or services of machinery and equipment.
  • Manage ordering system and spares database to ensure availability of spare parts and accuracy of inventory.
  • Collect and analyse maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and reliability metrics.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
  • Create and maintain effective documentation of technical procedures e.g. TPM activities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Cross-functional teamwork with high level of self-initiative.
  • Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Health & Safety focus.
  • Flexibility.

Additional Information:

Working hours: 39 hours per week. 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00 Friday. One hour lunch break.
