Job Description
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape growth, drive change, and work close to strategy.
You will help turn ideas into action across product launches, portfolio development, and commercial growth projects for Worcester Bosch in the UK and Ireland.
You will work with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Training, Service, and senior leaders.
You will connect people, structure plans, and keep key projects moving.
What you will do
- Drive major product launches and portfolio initiatives as the market launch coordinator.
- Lead strategic projects from concept to delivery.
- Build simple, clear plans that drive progress.
- Analyse market and portfolio opportunities.
- Prepare business cases for growth ideas.
- Bring teams together and create strong stakeholder alignment.
- Help prepare key strategy meetings and leadership updates.

Working Hours : 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
