We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Graphic Design & Motion Graphics Graduate! To support the Marketing team in the creation of engaging digital content and motion graphics that enhance brand visibility, support campaigns, and contribute to commercial objectives. This is an entry-level graduate role designed to provide structured development and hands-on experience in content creation, animation, and digital marketing within a professional environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Content Creation
    • Assist in the creation of digital content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
    • Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
    • Support the development of creative concepts and basic storyboards in response to campaign briefs.
    • Draft captions, scripts, and on-screen copy aligned to brand guidelines.
    • Assist with filming basic video content where required (e.g., interviews, internal communications, events).
  • Motion Graphics and Animation
    • Create entry-level motion graphics and animated assets for digital channels.
    • Produce animated text overlays, transitions, and logo animations.
    • Adapt static creative assets into motion-first formats.
    • Ensure content is optimised for different aspect ratios and platform requirements.
  • Graphic Design Support
    • Create and adapt digital graphics in line with brand guidelines.
    • Resize and reformat creative assets for multiple channels.
    • Maintain visual consistency across campaign materials.
    • Support the management and organisation of digital asset libraries.
    • Work closely with marketing managers to interpret creative briefs.
    • Participate in creative planning sessions and team meetings.
    • Manage assigned tasks to agreed deadlines.
    • Incorporate feedback constructively and demonstrate continuous improvement.
    • Stay informed of relevant content trends and motion design techniques.

Qualification

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Media, Animation, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Working knowledge of the following software: Adobe Illustrator.
  • Understanding of basic animation and design principles.
  • Awareness of social media content formats and digital platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Experience

  • Portfolio of university or personal projects demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, or digital design capability.
  • Experience creating digital or social content (academic or personal projects acceptable).
  • Creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
  • Ability to take direction and respond positively to feedback.
  • Organised and reliable.
  • Collaborative team player.

Contract Duration: 2 years

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
