We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Logistics department as a Graduate within the Planning & Procurement team. The Planning & Procurement team plays a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, supporting customer service, inventory performance & business growth. You will be working closely with colleagues across logistics, manufacturing & a global supplier base. The Planning & Procurement team manages planning data & forecasts and all procurement activities within a very fast‑paced Logistics department. The graduate role will be designed to provide you with hands‑on experience & a structured development, allowing you to build a strong foundation in supply chain planning & procurement, whilst making a meaningful contribution to our business.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the planning team activities to ensure finished goods availability & a high level of service
- Assisting with reporting, KPI tracking & data analysis to help support decision making
- Supporting SAP master data maintenance to ensure accuracy within the planning systems
- Supporting with identifying process improvements & automation
- Cross‑functional project support – SAP4 activities
- Scheduling raw materials to support production & spares
- Developing system knowledge over time with exposure to the ERP system & associated planning tools
Qualifications
Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2‑year fixed term role. Our ideal candidate must have:
- A strong interest in supply chain, planning or procurement
- Good analytical skills & confidence working with large data sets
- Strong attention to detail & a structured approach to tasks
- Good communication skills & the ability to work collaboratively
- A proactive can‑do attitude & willingness to learn
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Confidence in using Microsoft Excel (Not essential but a willingness to develop this skill)
- Willingness to accommodate hybrid working, where a blend of working from home and in the office is required, therefore initiative and motivation are essential.

- Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1‑hour lunch break.
