Promote the Bosch Service Training portfolio to increase course uptake, customer retention, and revenue. Support the development of sales plans and contribute to achieving departmental revenue targets. Act as a key point of contact for customers, managing course enquiries and maintaining ongoing engagement. Liaise with customers, suppliers and stakeholders to support the planning, scheduling and successful delivery of training programmes. Collaborate with internal departments (UK and global) to align training solutions with broader business objectives. Oversee the coordination of training events at the Bosch Service Training Centre and nationwide locations. Manage logistical requirements for regional training delivery across the UK and Ireland. Allocate and manage resources to ensure efficient and effective course delivery. Ensure accurate system updates relating to delegates and training records via internal systems and LMS platforms. Support internal finance processes including invoicing, cost tracking, and revenue reporting. Monitor performance metrics including course utilisation, customer acquisition, and conversion rates. Contribute to forecasting and reporting activities to support strategic planning. Manage pre- and post-course administration activities to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support the Training Manager with operational and commercial initiatives. Maintain high standards of communication with delegates and organisations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer engagement and relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with CRM, database systems or SAP is desirable.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous.
