The Bosch UK & Ireland Regional HR Team based in Denham have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated high achiever to join the team. As an HRIT Pensions and Benefits Specialist, you will be required to work closely with our HR teams across the Region, with our HR Service Centre in Budapest, with our external pension partners and of course with our associates. This will be a busy and varied role with the scope to evolve over time according to the needs of the business and the skills of the successful candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
- Act as a Pension Specialist for the UK & Ireland, overseeing the Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes, and ensuring compliance with Auto-Enrolment legislation.
- Manage the operation and administration of Bosch pension schemes, including annual reporting, liaison with third party providers, and supporting with queries from auditors, actuaries & associates.
- Facilitate communication and engagement with associates regarding their pensions, ensuring policies and procedures are regularly reviewed.
- Manage other compensation, rewarding and benefits topics and projects as required.
- Lead the regional rollout of HRIT system and process changes, including PMI activities and implementation of new companies onto Bosch systems.
- Coordinate the introduction of new HR projects, concepts and topics into UK & Ireland via HRL teams.
- Conduct ISP checks and lead on audit preparation topics.
Qualifications:
- Working Pensions knowledge.
- Strong IT skills; SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to a broad stakeholder pool.
- Ability to take ownership of topics and make recommendations and decisions independently.
- Track record of delivering on projects and new concept rollouts.
- Forward thinking, future orientated and pro-active mindset.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements of the business.
- Comfortable with digitalisation topics and new technology.
