What will you be doing?
- Responding to staff and manager enquiries
- Driving HR digitalisation and ensuring payroll compliance
- Assisting in recruitment: CV screening and interview scheduling
- Maintaining personnel records and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Conducting new employee inductions and managing HR documentation
- Handling payroll data and time/attendance reporting
- Staying updated on employment law to advise management
- Coordinating employee surveys and implementing HR policies
- Supporting disciplinary processes and cross-functional projects
- Generating HR reports and assisting with audits
What are we looking for?
- HR administration experience as well as experience using SAP is essential
- Experience of using AI tools to automate HR tasks and improve efficiency
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI and Word is essential
- Interest in learning HR processes and employment law legislation
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Methodical and organised approach to work, strong attention to detail and accuracy
