Our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland, designs, develops, and produces radial piston motors, working with renowned international OEMs in industries such as material handling, construction, and forestry machinery.
- Gain in-depth understanding of Hydraulic Motors and Mobile Hydraulics engineering.
- Communicate with Sales/Customers to gather relevant data.
- Make recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate with Design for new motor variants.
- Participate in quality methods to identify failure root causes.
- Prepare technical reference documents (e.g., datasheets).
- Support project managers and teams in new development projects.
- Assist in planning the innovation pipeline.
- Define requirements based on customer feedback.
- Ensure the \”voice of the customer\” is integrated throughout product development.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Prepare strategy documents.
- Assist with maintaining and planning the product configurator and benchmarking.
- Support product lifecycle planning and technical inquiries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in a multifunctional engineering environment.
- Strong initiative and organizational skills.
