As an HR Business Partner at Bosch Rexroth, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting our employees and leaders, driving continuous improvement and contributing to our people strategy. You will be part of a small dynamic team reporting directly into the Head of HR. You will partner with leaders across the business to shape an environment where every employee feels valued, engaged, and empowered.
As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will be the contact person for our managers and employees in all HR-related and labour law issues, both operationally and strategically.
- Proactively manage and resolve employee relations concerns, ensuring all processes (identification, reporting, investigation, resolution) align with legal and internal standards.
- Develop positive relationships with our Trade Union and work collaboratively to solve problems and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Partner with the business on organisation design and re-design activity to improve business performance.
- Implement, and continuously optimise HR processes and diversity initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and maximum efficiency.
- Review and analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, and employee engagement, presenting patterns and insight to business stakeholders on a weekly basis, along with proposed solutions and action where required.
- Manage the entire employee journey to recruit exceptional individuals and foster a culture of retention for our invaluable workforce.
What are we looking for?
- Strong UK employment law knowledge, CIPD qualified.
- Proven experience at HR BP level. Unionised environment desirable.
- Proven track record designing and developing divisional people plans, including talent management, change management, succession planning, workforce planning, retention and engagement etc.
- Credible and personable in approach.
- Skilled communicator, adept at influencing and negotiating at all levels.
- Employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Adaptability and resilience.
