Job Description: We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our business as an Executive Project Manager. The position requires regular onsite presence at Worcester. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will play a leadership role in how the organisation operates at senior level. You are expected to lead through clarity, pace and professionalism, creating the conditions for effective decision‑making and delivery. The scope of the role is broad and dynamic, covering executive governance, strategic delivery and operational effectiveness. While not managing a team directly, the role carries significant influence and requires strong stakeholder management and judgement. The role operates across short‑term priorities and longer‑term strategic initiatives, requiring flexibility, resilience and the ability to manage ambiguity.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a strategic and operational force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring executive priorities are clearly defined, aligned and translated into structured plans, actions and measurable outcomes.
- Providing executive governance across senior forums, shaping agendas, capturing decisions and driving disciplined follow‑through.
- Leading and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives to remove silos, improve alignment and enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Preparing high‑quality executive materials and concise briefings to support informed, data‑led decision‑making.
- Providing end‑to‑end executive coordination, including complex diary management, travel and accommodation planning, and stakeholder logistics, delivered to a high professional standard, enabling the CEO to remain focused on business priorities.
Regular interaction with: Board‑level and Executive leadership; Senior leaders across Sales and wider business functions; Members of the Legal Board. This is a demanding role with high expectations and significant exposure. There will be the requirement to travel across the UK and worldwide as required. In return, it offers exceptional development through close proximity to senior leadership, strategy and decision‑making at the heart of the business.
