Welcome to Bosch. We are seeking a motivated and high-potential candidate to join our PS-SC and PM/SOE divisions as a Sales Management and Innovation Support Graduate. In this role, you will support sales management activities, customer engagement processes, and innovation initiatives – including the development and piloting of PIB CARE.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales management support – support the end-to-end sales process for the divisions.
- Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, NDAs, commercial documentation, and internal approvals.
- Create high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide innovative support for the PIB CARE project – support the development and creation of projects.
- Support the implementation of the pilot and collect and assess feedback.
Qualifications
- Have a degree in Business Management, Sales or an equivalent degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pro‑active, self‑starter with strong problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to think creatively and provide creative solutions to problems.
- Valid driving licence.
- Confident in use of MS office tools.
- Some experience in software programming would be beneficial.
This is a 24‑month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree. Location: you will be based at the Denham office. We welcome applications from a range of candidates who meet the essential criteria. Please note that you must have the pre‑existing right to live and work in the UK at the start date of the role which is likely to be April 2025. We are unable to sponsor this role. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face‑to‑face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre. The closing date for this role is 19th December 2025.
