Job Description
Bosch Manufacturing Co-Intelligence is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to accelerate the adoption of Industrial AI and Manufacturing Intelligence solutions across the UK manufacturing sector. This customer-facing role is focused on acquiring new customers, developing strategic accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
As a trusted advisor to manufacturing leaders, you will help companies unlock operational excellence, improve productivity, and accelerate digital transformation through AI-powered manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth across small, medium-sized, and large manufacturing enterprises.
- Build, manage, and advance a qualified sales pipeline from prospect identification through contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles for Industrial AI, Manufacturing Intelligence, and digital transformation solutions.
- Apply consultative and value-based selling methodologies to develop compelling business cases and measurable ROI propositions.
- Establish and maintain relationships across Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Plant Management, Digital, and IT functions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams to develop winning account strategies.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline, ensuring clear visibility of opportunities, risks, and next actions.
- Identify emerging customer needs, new use cases, and expansion opportunities related to AI adoption, smart manufacturing, and operational excellence.
- Represent Bosch Manufacturing Co-Intelligence at customer engagements, industry events, campaigns, and partner activities as a trusted brand ambassador.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise SaaS solutions within Industrial Software, Manufacturing Technology, AI, IIoT, Automation, Digital Transformation, or related markets.
- At least 5 years+ experience managing complex B2B sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision-making processes.
- Strong understanding of cloud topics, Industrial AI manufacturing operations, production processes, industrial automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Demonstrated excellence in pipeline management, sales forecasting, CRM discipline, and target achievement.
- Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as Challenger Sales, Value Selling, MEDDICC, or similar frameworks would be a plus.

- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and operational leaders.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Commercially driven, self-motivated, and execution-focused while maintaining strategic account perspective.
Travel
- Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally as required for customer engagements, industry events, and internal meetings.
Language:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Information

This role is offered on an 8-month fixed term contract, subject to business needs, performance, and organisational requirements, there may be the opportunity for the contract to be extended beyond the initial term.
