To work as part of the 2nd level Business Operations Order Management team. To provide support for our 1st level teams. To be responsible for ensuring we offer an excellent customer experience.
- Support of the UCC & ScriptHub to achieve their KPI’s
- To provide training to UCC & ScriptHub when required
- Collaborating closely with key PT customers to ensure their specific requirements are effectively managed and delivered within the required timeframe.
- Handling escalations from PT Customers
- Maintenance of customer data in SAP
- Working with customers to improve processes and efficiency
- Monitoring customer KPI reports and executing follow-up actions to support ongoing development
- Data mining in Celonis and subsequent follow-up actions to foster continuous improvement
- Attendance at customer meetings and visits off site
- To review all 'changed' orders using Approval Framework
- Collaborate closely with auditors by examining sample documents, identifying process gaps, and proactively enhancing processes in accordance with Central Directives.
Qualifications:
- Relevant University Degree
- Prior experience in customer service and process improvement environments
- Previous experience in Data Mining
The start date for this role is 1st September 2026. This is a 23-month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree. You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your graduate position and for the full duration of your position.
