Position Summary: Ensure customer delight in a cross‑functional support role within the material handling stockroom department. This role is expected to pull Manufacturing Orders and provide material for assembly while assuring that accurate inventory levels are maintained through proper quantity adjustments to stock material.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and pick Manufacturing Orders per production schedule.
- Utilize counting scales for accurate transactions of material.
- Adjust material quantities to assure accurate inventory.
- Understand MIA transactions to make accurate quantity adjustments.
- Support Manufacturing by supplying Kanban assembly material.
- Maintain tube backflush levels.
- Replenish indirect materials such as O‑rings and backup rings.
- Fulfill engineering requests.
- Assure that material is properly located in appropriate stockrooms.
- Assist with the movement of parts from receiving and secondary process lines.
- Develop understanding of 7s duties to be assigned.
- Maintain and adhere to safety levels consistent with HydraForce and government policies.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail.
- Beginner computer skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Coordinate workflow with other team members.
- Ability to count parts using a counting scale.
- Ability to operate material handling machinery such as pallet jacks and aerial lifts.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Push carts with heavy loads.
The hourly range for this full‑time position is $17–$19. Individual pay rate is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. The recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
