Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisor with day-to-day management of the team and train team members as needed.
- Remove burrs from manifolds using hand tools or automated processes.
- Deburr parts according to the process card.
- Manually deburr manifold blocks.
- Perform safety checks on the thermal deburring machine before operation.
- Operate the thermal deburring machine.
- Check completed manifolds for damage and contamination.
- Stack finished product on pallets or crates as directed by work instructions.
- Organize work based on the production list.
- Support the Deburring team when issues arise and notify the supervisor as needed.
- Train the deburring team on proper processes.
- Identify tapped holes that need plugs for thermal deburring personnel.
- Receive completed orders and send email updates regarding jobs received and ready for CMP.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required; 6 months in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Basic computer skills.
- Comfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to train new employees on production processes (T.W.I. training required).
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Must be able to meet quality and entry-level productivity standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with temperatures that can be warm or cool, depending on the season.
- Noise level can be moderate to high.
- PPE required as determined by company safety standards (safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes).
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $23.20/hour. Pay is determined by work experience, job knowledge, role complexity, location, and other factors.

- Must have U.S. work authorization.
- Only individuals with indefinite U.S. work authorization accepted; future sponsorship is not available.
