Interface between the customer and our central logistics organisation in all aspects, (i.e. replenishment, transport, and warehouse).

Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.

Implementation, follow-up and project management of Solutions for customer requirements.

Management of automated 2‑Way Electronic Data Interchange between Bosch and Customers, (i.e. Orders, Confirmations, etc.).

Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team.

Monitoring stock levels, proactive follow‑up of discrepancies.

Creation and analysis of KPIs and definition of corrective measures.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain; Process improvements using Digitalization and Automation tools.

Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
