Robert Bloomfield Academy in England is seeking a Safeguarding & Pastoral Director to provide strategic leadership for the Pastoral Team and act as the academy’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
You will drive VOICE values, promote inclusion, oversee attendance and safeguarding reporting, manage extended leadership responsibilities, and collaborate with external agencies to support vulnerable students.
