Receptionist & Catering Assistant

We are looking for a Receptionist / Catering Assistant to join our team as the first point of contact to welcome our visitors. Our office hours are 9.30pm Mon-Fri and is based in our London office, convenient to public transport hubs. This dual-role position involves welcoming visitors, handling administrative tasks, assisting with catering services and cleanliness of the kitchen area. Reception Duties: • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently. • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and kitchen area. • Catering Duties : • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages for meetings, events, and staff areas. • Ensure that kitchen and catering areas are clean and well-stocked. • Help with setting up and clearing down catering events. • Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
