Design Your Future: Our ProgrammeWe believe great engineers are made through hands‑on experience, and no two journeys should look the same. That’s why our 24‑month graduate programme is designed to give you breadth, real responsibility and the freedom to shape your path. Our unique rotational system really sets our programme apart. You’ll start with 12 months in a core discipline, followed by two six‑month rotations in other teams of your choice. This gives you the opportunity to grow into a well‑rounded engineer with a real sense of where your strengths and interests lie – whether that’s in Structural, Civil, Geotechnical or Construction Engineering.

We’re looking for ambitious final‑year students and recent graduates with a degree in civil, structural, geotechnical or construction engineering – people who are curious, collaborative and ready to take on real‑world challenges in design and consulting engineering. Our graduate programme has provided fantastic opportunities to develop as an engineer. Students have worked on projects such as Project Vista, designing a tower crane foundation, and Hinkley Point C, creating prefabricated reinforcement cages that reduce installation time and cost. They also enjoy a supportive environment, structured training, and a vibrant culture with site visits, social events and initiatives around wellbeing and sustainability.
