Surbana Jurong is seeking a Senior Technology Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote IT support across our UK offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and Edinburgh. You will resolve hardware, software and network issues and help keep endpoint devices secure and up to date.
Responsibilities include handling Level 1–2 incidents, configuring equipment, supporting video conferencing, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining asset records and mentoring colleagues to improve processes.
