The successful candidate will be expected to provide first line support including:

Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for staff & students.

Hardware/software/printer issues – PCs, iMacs and iPads.

Work reported issues/requests via tickets in a Helpdesk system.

Supporting student & staff iPads via Microsoft Intune

Support & maintain classroom technologies, e.g. projectors, PCs, interactive screens

Occasional installation of software on specific PCs.

Support school events that require AV Support in the school hall.

Prioritise the Teaching & Learning requirements of the school.

Build relationships with staff and understand their requirements.
Occasionally there is a requirement to work outside of hours to support events e.g. open evening. This extra time worked is returned as time off in lieu.
