As a BMS Commissioning Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality BMS installations from point of commissioning through to project handover. This is a site-based role, primarily within the West Midlands, with occasional travel outside the region (travel expenses paid).

Key Responsibilities

  • Commission BMS systems in accordance with project specifications and design documentation
  • Carry out point-to-point checks, functional testing, and system validation
  • Ensure all commissioning activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard
  • Complete commissioning documentation, test sheets, and handover packs
  • Produce clear and accurate progress reports for the Project Manager
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on site
  • Maintain design integrity throughout the commissioning process
  • Write, modify and optimise BMS software and graphics when required
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and apprentices
