Robeco is strengthening its ETF platform and we’re looking for an ETF Capital Markets Specialist to join our team in London. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth ETF trading across primary and secondary markets while supporting new product launches and ongoing platform development.
What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day interactions with APs, market makers, PMs, and operations.
- Monitor liquidity, spreads, and trading activity.
- Support sales teams with market insights and liquidity analysis.
- Contribute to new ETF launches and platform improvements.
- Provide market intelligence on trends and exchange listing strategies.
What you bring:
- Approximately 5 years experience in ETF capital markets or ETF related trading/operations.
- Strong understanding of ETF mechanics and liquidity.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, and Morningstar.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
