ETF Business Operations Manager

Help shape the growth of Robeco’s expanding ETF platform. In this role, you will work at the centre of a small, agile ETF team, coordinating projects, stakeholders, and delivery across the organisation. Robeco is building and scaling its ETF platform and is looking for an ETF Business Manager to help drive execution and coordination across product, operations, distribution and other stakeholder teams. This is a broad role within a small, highly collaborative ETF team, where flexibility, ownership, and coordination are essential.

You will act as a central point between internal teams and external partners, combining hands-on project management, strong stakeholder coordination, and the ability to translate technical ETF topics into clear presentations and materials.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and drive projects across the ETF platform, including new product initiatives and operational improvements.
• Support the development and ongoing improvement of Robeco’s ETF operating model and infrastructure.
• Act as a key liaison between Product, Investments, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal & Compliance, and external service providers.
• Support ETF launches by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, governance steps, and deliverables.
• Monitor the day-to-day functioning of the ETF platform, including operational risks and controls.
• Prepare and maintain clear documentation and presentations explaining ETF products, processes, and developments.
• Support distribution teams by ensuring timely availability of product information, data, and responses to client requests.
• Track and report on key commercial and operational metrics for the ETF business.
• Act as a generalist point of support within the ETF team, stepping in where needed in a small-team environment.

What You Bring:

• Practical knowledge of ETFs, ideally including structuring and operations.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills, comfortable working with many internal and external parties.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to structure information clearly for different audiences.
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset and comfort working in a role with varied responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
