Responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports
- Supervise workers and projects
- Co‑ordinate and schedule activities
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
- Estimate costs and materials
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co‑ordinate work activities with other work units
- Supervise maintenance and repair services
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Train to maintain high levels of technical proficiency
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 5‑10 people
- Computer and technology knowledge: Computer outputs or reports design
- Type of trucking and equipment: Flatbed, Tow truck
- Equipment and machinery experience: Hydraulic components, Engines
