We are currently looking to recruit an experienced site supervisor to join our installation team. The position will involve overseeing the installation of primary and secondary structural steelwork and architectural metalwork on site, based from our depot in Keynsham (BS31 1ST).
Responsibilities:
- Installation of structural steel structures, staircases, all aspects of metalwork and glass balustrades.
- Liaising with customers on site to ensure a smooth installation process.
- Set out, check dimensions and level using various site equipment.
- Read drawings accurately.
- Be able to think ahead and problem solve.
- Complete jobs to a high-level finish with attention to detail.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Installation experience - The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum 5 years' experience of working in the structural steelwork and metalwork industry.
- Qualification - CSCS qualifications are essential, SSSTS, IPAF 3A 3B and PASMA are preferred but the company can provide the necessary courses to achieve these.
- Attention To Detail – Comprehensive attention to detail is required when installing all aspects of steelwork.
- Communication Skills – Being approachable and clear in communication between internal departments as well as liaising with customers on site.
- Driving Licence – Must hold a full UK driving licence. Company vehicles will be provided for commuting to site.

Notes:
