My client is a very well-respected firm in the local area and has a very loyal client portfolio. Due to their continued success in attracting new clients, they are now looking to recruit a well-rounded Accounts Assistant or Semi Senior to join their friendly and supportive team.
This role will see you take on a wide range of tasks to include:
- Client bookkeeping, VAT and CIS preparation
- Assisting with year-end accounts and tax return preparation
- Using and assisting clients with a variety of different digital software packages
- Resolving client queries and offering sound financial advice
- Processing payroll for multiple clients
This role would be an ideal fit for a qualified AAT or active studier, and you will need to demonstrate a strong recent background in an accountancy practice environment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as the role will involve extensive client contact.
