I’m working with a great firm with a number of offices in the local area, who are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to take on a role offering a great range of responsibilities.
This position will see you get involved in:
- Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts and tax returns for a diverse portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Overseeing bookkeeping, VAT and payroll activities
- Personally managing a significant client portfolio with extensive client interaction
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff members
- Identifying opportunities for business development
This role would suit an experienced Manager with a strong reputation developed within the accountancy practice profession. ACA or ACCA qualifications are preferred, but consideration will be given to outstanding candidates who are either part qualified or qualified by experience. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to get on with a wide range of people, and strong technical knowledge and systems competency.
