Working closely with Managers and Partners in the firm, you will be given a portfolio of interesting clients to look after, and assist in the following areas:
- Statutory accounts preparation
- Tax compliance and planning
- MTD compliance and assisting with digital accounting software issues
- Management of VAT, bookkeeping and payroll provision
- Business advisory work
This is a varied and responsible role that would suit a candidate with the following attributes:
- ACA / ACCA qualified or in the final stages / qualified by experience
- A solid track record in a practice environment
- Staff management skills or the aptitude to take on these duties
- Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge
- Strong client facing skills and a great communication style
