The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable PA / Receptionist to take ownership of our front-of-house and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors — setting the tone for a welcoming and professional workplace. Alongside this, you’ll provide extensive confidential PA support to the CEO on private and business matters, and step in wherever else needed to keep things running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys taking initiative, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in every aspect of office life in a fast paced agency.
Key Responsibilities
- PA support to the CEO — managing diaries, bookings, travel, meetings, and general administration of both personal and business matters
- Office management — overseeing meeting rooms, supplies, organisation and maintenance
- Act as the main point of contact for office operations and supplier relationships
- Keep office, reception, meeting rooms and breakout areas immaculate and well-organised
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, fire regulations, PAT testing, etc
- Coordinate internal IT and office equipment
- Lead or support staff socials, charity events, and sustainability / CSR initiatives
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Marketing, HR, and Finance teams as needed
- Handle any additional tasks that contribute to a positive and efficient office environment
Candidate Requirements
- Proven PA experience, ideally supporting senior leadership
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills — able to juggle priorities calmly and efficiently
- A confident but friendly communicator who can liaise professionally at all levels, with high levels of confidentiality
- Hands-on and proactive — you spot what needs doing and just get it done
- Friendly, approachable, and positive with a can-do attitude
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well-run, welcoming workspace
- Enjoys being at the heart of a team and contributing to a great office culture
Working at ROAST (London)
Location: Soho, London W1 - this role is based onsite
Holidays: 25 days excluding bank holidays, increasing with length of service, plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off; optional company trips.
