Fuel Your Passion for Performance Marketing Paid media is one of the most dynamic channels in digital, and a great place to build real expertise quickly. At ROAST, we’re big on collaborative learning—sharing ideas, testing new approaches, and pushing performance forward. As a PPC Account Executive, you’ll support Account Managers in running and improving paid media campaigns across a range of clients. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day account activity, from optimisation and analysis through to reporting and testing, helping to drive measurable results. This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to grow - ideal for someone who’s naturally analytical, proactive, and keen to keep learning.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Paid Media Account Manager, responsibilities could include:
- Ad copy creation and optimisation
- Keyword research, creation and optimisation of campaigns
- Search Query Reports and Keyword expansion
- Bid optimisations
- Landing page reviews
- Reviewing and implementation of targeting options
- Managing daily budgets and ensure that monthly spend is on target
- Compiling daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and analysis as required
- Reporting back performance to clients via email and calls.
The Candidate
We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we really want to see:
- ~9m experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data
- Solid MS skills, such as Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
