Role Overview:

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards, team coordination, and menu excellence. You'll be trusted with:

  • Supervising kitchen staff
  • Supporting menu planning and execution
  • Controlling stock and hygiene standards
  • Training junior team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in high-standard kitchens
  • Team leadership and organisation skills
