Role Description
The Head of Paddlesport / Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Godalming, United Kingdom.
This role oversees daily paddlesport activities, including planning sessions, allocating instructors, monitoring safety standards, and ensuring a high-quality participant experience.
The position involves managing operations for both river sites, holiday clubs and events, coordinating schedules, and maintaining equipment and facilities.
