Management Development Programme – Retail Stores in Maidstone with the chance of travel for those that desire it.
We are looking for a Management Trainee with a passion for fashion and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service to join our expanding retail team. The role includes leading a team and developing leadership skills.
The Candidate
You will be a forward thinker, well presented, professional, with a sense of humour and confidence.
No prior experience is required, but a customer‑focused background such as retail or call centres is highly regarded. A willingness to learn and strong communication skills are essential.
Start date: immediately (preferred) or before Christmas.
The Programme
During the 12‑month programme you will experience nearly every part of our business – from KPIs to complaints, award nights to stockrooms. Ongoing support and training will be provided, but candidates must take initiative and self‑motivate.
