Ready to become our new Customer Success Manager at Roamler? You will work with well-known brands such as P&G, Red Bull, and Unilever. Our crowdsourcing app sends thousands of Roamlers into stores across multiple countries to check shelves, build promotional displays, and capture what is really happening at the point of sale. We turn those insights into execution, driving real business decisions for the biggest FMCG brands in the world. As Customer Success Manager, you are the link between those brands and our platform.
What you will do:
- You own your client relationships from start to finish.
- You ensure their goals are not just met but exceeded.
