Your role as Customer Project Manager: As a Customer Project Manager (CPM), you will be our operational powerhouse! You will take full ownership of client projects from A to Z – handling setup, execution, and reporting with confidence. You will be the direct point of contact for clients, translating complex requests into clear instructions for our Roamlers, while collaborating with our sales team to onboard new clients and drive innovation.

What You Bring:

  • Level 3 qualification and/or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in German and confident English communication skills
  • Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Retail market knowledge is a nice bonus!
