- Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Accurately record bank transactions on Quick Books.
- Update internal spreadsheets and booking software, ensuring all financial movements are captured.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in the reconciliations of our client ledger account.
- Chase outstanding deposits with external promoters.
- Process and distribute artist statements as required, supporting the wider finance team.
- Provide general ad‑hoc administrative support to the wider finance team and senior management.
- Key Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage a busy workload effectively.
- Good work ethic with a professional and friendly manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High degree of computer literacy, especially with Excel, and confidence in learning new software.
- Knowledge of Quick Books accounting is beneficial but not essential.
- Ideally, 12 months of experience in a junior accounting or finance role.

- Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. (Hybrid working: Tuesday - Thursday in the office)
