  • Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Accurately record bank transactions on Quick Books.
  • Update internal spreadsheets and booking software, ensuring all financial movements are captured.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in the reconciliations of our client ledger account.
  • Chase outstanding deposits with external promoters.
  • Process and distribute artist statements as required, supporting the wider finance team.
  • Provide general ad‑hoc administrative support to the wider finance team and senior management.
  • Key Attributes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage a busy workload effectively.
  • Good work ethic with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High degree of computer literacy, especially with Excel, and confidence in learning new software.
  • Knowledge of Quick Books accounting is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ideally, 12 months of experience in a junior accounting or finance role.

  • Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. (Hybrid working: Tuesday - Thursday in the office)
