- Actively encouraging driver demand through campaigns, offers and incentives
- Designing and running outreach across the Roam app, email, social channels and on-site activity
- Working closely with Marketing on promotions, partnerships and loyalty initiatives

- Improving the end-to-end charging journey, from discovery to repeat usage
- Championing simple changes that remove friction and improve the driver experience
- Working cross-functionally to get ideas implemented quickly
- Tracking performance to understand what drives behaviour and focusing effort where it has the biggest impact
You’ll have real ownership, visibility and influence across the business.

- Take initiative and enjoy making things happen
- Comfortable launching campaigns and testing new ideas

- Can run projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
