Roam is a rapidly growing EV infrastructure business on a mission to Electrify your Everyday. We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to work alongside our Senior Project Coordinator, supporting the delivery of EV charger installations from end-to-end.
This role sits within the Operations team, working closely with our Project Delivery and Client Success teams.
As Project Coordinator, you will support our Electrical Project Managers as they deliver EV charging installation projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Senior Project Coordinator with day-to-day administrative duties
- Liaising with clients via email and phone to support ongoing projects
- Supporting Electrical Project Managers to maintain clear and consistent communication with our clients
- Completing and managing project documentation and forms
- Assisting with grid applications, including ENA forms
- Preparing and completing installation and commissioning packs
- Updating internal systems and ensuring project records are accurate and up to date
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- Previous experience in administrative or support roles
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Great attention to detail, particularly with form filling and documentation
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Hubspot knowledge is a plus)
