Here at Roadworthy Suzuki we are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our family run dealership. You will be an integral part of the team within our multi award winning Suzuki Aftersales department. The ideal candidate should have a professional & friendly demeanour and a positive can-do attitude.
What you'll be doing:
- Working proactively with customers, colleagues, and external suppliers during the servicing and repair process.
- Ensuring all scheduled appointments are made in a timely manner and suited to our customer's needs.
- Maintaining excellent communication with the customer during the process of any works carried out.
- Actively supporting and continually improving efficiencies within the service department.
- Building strong, ongoing relationships with our customers.
- Administering warranty claims.
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday & 8am-12am Alternate Saturdays
ESSENTIAL Experience & Skills
- Previous experience working as a Service Advisor required
- Full driving licence required.
Key skills and experience:
- Vehicle diagnosis and repair knowledge.
- Previous experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience with dealership management systems.
- Understanding of MOT test standards.
