We are recruiting an indoor Pig Stockperson for a unit based in Aberdeenshire, AB21.
Our client is seeking an experienced member of staff to join their progressive pig business, with a strong focus on breeding, genetics, and high health status.
The unit has 1200 sows and farrows to 7 kilos.
Ideally, you will be an experienced pig farm worker and will predominantly work within the dry sow/serving section of the unit.
The successful applicant will ideally have 2+ years of experience in the Pig Industry.
The producer will consider a less experienced stockperson who would be open to training, but you must be able to serve consistently.
Candidates requirements: Able to serve consistently You must be highly motivated Work well within a small team High levels of animal welfare and production at all times Must be able to work every other weekend
