Sutton Scotney – Shift Leader – McDonald\’s Our Site Director, Russ and his team at Sutton Scotney Services on the A34 near Winchester are looking for an energetic and adaptable Shift Manager to join their McDonald’s team. You will be part of the iconic McDonald’s brand, cooking and serving the nation’s favourite menu items, from the Big Mac’s & Wraps to McFlurry’s and Milkshakes, whilst also having your first taste of management, you will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality and customer service stanards.As a shift manager you will be monitoring operations, reallocating resources and solving operational problems. What will set you apart? It would be essential for you to have worked in a similar supervisory or management role before, preferably in any retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
