Our Site Director, Kirk and his team at Strensham Services on the M5 near Worcester are looking for an energetic and adaptable Supervisor to join their Costa team. You will be part of the prestigious Costa brand, creating and serving our delicious Costa drinks, sweet pastries and freshly prepared food, whilst also having your first taste of leadership and responsibility by supervising and motivating our team to promote sales and ensure your team delivers a great customer experience.

What will set you apart? It would be essential for you to have worked in a similar supervisory role before, whether that is in a coffee shop or in any retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face. And if you've never been in a similar role before, don't worry! Because full training will be provided and you will be given everything you need to excel into an excellent Barista while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
