The Role
As the Co-op Manager, you will be the key to leading the operations of a thriving Co-op unit. You will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team.
- Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
- Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume grocery environment.

- Proven experience as a Senior Assistant Manager or Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
