Kirk, our Site Director at Strensham Motorway Services on the M5 near Worcester is looking for a Customer Experience Leader to join his McDonald's team. Joining the McDonald's team will give you the opportunity to provide our customers with the iconic "Big Mac" or any other of their freshly prepared food and drinks while providing exceptional customer service.

What experience do I need? Ideally we would love you to have worked in a restaurant, bar, cafe, shop, or any type of catering or retail business and have a passion for providing a great customer experience and love working with people. Working within the team you will be responsible for driving the customer experience within the McDonald's unit. You will assist the Manager to maximise sales by providing great customer service that exceeds customer expectations, demonstrating a will do attitude at all times.
Don't worry if you've never worked in a McDonald's environment before, because full training will be provided and you will be given anything you need to excel in your job while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
