Site Director Designate -Strensham
Our Site Director for the Strensham, Kirk is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager to be his Site Director Designate (SDD) at Strensham Services on the M5 near Worcester.
As an SDD you will support the Site Director to lead the Site team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales, and fostering a positive and productive work environment across all of the site.
Roadchef Motorway Services is a franchisee of some of the biggest brands in the UK with an impressive portfolio of McDonald\'s, Costa Coffee, LEON, Days Inn hotel, Spar and WHSmith.
