Site Director Designate – Strensham
Site Director Designate -Strensham
Our Site Director for the Strensham, Kirk is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager to be his Site Director Designate (SDD) at Strensham Services on the M5 near Worcester.
As an SDD you will support the Site Director to lead the Site team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales, and fostering a positive and productive work environment across all of the site.
Roadchef Motorway Services is a franchisee of some of the biggest brands in the UK with an impressive portfolio of McDonald\’s, Costa Coffee, LEON, Days Inn hotel, Spar and WHSmith. We also have a number of our own brands to include Fresh Food Cafe, Garden Square Deli and Gaming areas. All of our brands have a rich heritage, vibrant and fast paced environment.

Your key responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train,coach and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure every customer receives exceptional service, creating memorable experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including stock management, scheduling, and compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase site profitability.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and report on key metrics.
- Brand Ambassador: Uphold Roadchef\’s brand values and ensure the site represents our commitment to quality and excellence.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a multi-site or big box managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry, preferably in a high volume industry and leading large teams of at least 100 is essential. Flexibility in location would be advantageous for future career progression and development:
