We are looking for a dedicated Unit Manager to help lead our brand newChaiiwala team. The Role As the Unit Manager, you will be the key to supporting our brand new Chaiiwala unit opening soon. What is Chaiiwala? It a unique mix of traditional South Asian flavours with a modern twist. You will ensure the daily operations of the unit and be responsible for: Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team. Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance. Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets. Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment. What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in a high-volume catering environment. A passion for food and outstanding customer service. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The drive to develop yourself and your team.
