Our Site Director, Dan and his team at Magor Services on the M4 near Newport are looking for an energetic and adaptable Shift Manager to join their brand new LEON team. You will be part of our fresh LEON brand and work with a team that loves to come together to ensure the restaurant looks great and each customer leaves feeling happy. As a Supervisor you will play a key part in ensuring the team are feeling positive and working together. Leading and engaging with the team is your main focus, as well as rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in with food preparation, store cleanliness and interacting with our new and loyal customers.

What will set you apart? It would be essential for you to have worked in a similar supervisory role before in a fast paced environment.
