We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Unit Manager to help lead our Leon team.
The Role
- As the Assistant Unit Manager, you will be the key to supporting the Unit Manager in the daily operations of a thriving Leon unit.
- You will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team.
- Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
- Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment.
- Stepping up to manage the unit in the absence of the Unit Manager.

- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume catering or retail environment.
